School Board Vacancy

The Mill A School District is seeking qualified applicants to fill a board vacancy at position #1.  Any citizen may nominate themself or someone else for the position by submitting a letter of interest or Application for Appointment (available at the MAS office) to Superintendent Bob Rogers via email (brogers@millaschool.org) or at the school office: 1142 Jessup Rd, Cook, WA 98605.   Nominations must be received no later than 3 p.m. Friday, January  21.   All nominees will be screened and one nominee will be appointed in an open public board meeting at the Mill A School on January 24, 7:00 a.m.

MASD Academic and Student Well-Being Recovery Plan

In accordance with the federal American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021 and the Washington State HB1368, the Mill A School District has developed an Academic and Student Well-being Recovery Plan (click here for link to the plan).  

The Mill A School District Board of Directors, administration, teachers and staff care deeply about both the academic and personal well-being of each and every student, and commit to diligent and consistent deployment of the plan approved by the Board in the May 17 regular meeting.
